On the eastern part of the Ionian Sea is the gorgeous Greek island of Zakynthos or Zante. Laganas town in the north has the some of the largest discos and nightclubs too, which serve up cheap drinks and pulsating music from international DJs. A resort of variety, holidays in Zante are also steeped in history and culture, with some of the best museums, including the Byzantine Museum and the Museum of Solomos, worth exploring – it really is a destination that suits all.
